Just Another Day at the Office…So I Thought

Here’s my headline for my day at the office. “Employee Gets Fired. Customer Gets Kicked Out of Office. Office Manager Gets Told She’s Being ****** On The Phone.” Wow, no wonder I went looking for something else to do. Something that would allow me to be in control of my own destiny.
It’s uncanny how things work out. After work, I went to the chiropractor and he asked me how my day was. I said “you want honesty or do you want me to lie?” He laughed and said “honesty of course”. I proceeded to tell him the events of the day and said “Oh, I’m a bit stressed, but you do what you gotta do and then you go on”, laughing the whole time I’m telling him this, but knowing the truth is even more painful than the bone cracking session I’m gonna get. He told me I give him inspiration. Well, that was a nice comment to the end of a rather unusual day. This little conversation did, however, get me to thinking.
You see, my focus was not on the employee getting fired, the customer getting kicked out of the office or the rude customer telling me I was ****** on the phone. He was just mad because his vehicle was impounded. Play with fire, you get burnt. Anyway, back to my focus…the appointment I had on my schedule when I got home. This was an appointment that was going to bring me one step closer to becoming my own boss. This was an appointment with my mentor, Ferny Ceballos.
You see, Ferny is teaching me things like SEO, attraction marketing and how to reach an entirely different group of people that are hungry for a change. This is going to change my life and the lives of several others I haven’t even met yet. No matter whether I had a crappy day at work or not, the future is so bright, I gotta wear shades. Sorry, couldn’t resist:)
I just hope if you had a bad day at the office, you also have a burning desire to make a change…to bring you one step closer to YOU being in control of your destiny. A day when you will be free to think on your own and create your own lifestyle that you have always dreamed about. A day when you will impact the lives of those you don’t even know yet.
